The processing of data happens on base of legal requirements of § 96 Abs. 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (compliance) and/or f (legitimate interest) of General Data Protection Regulation. Our utmost concern in terms of GDPR is (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our proposal on our web-site. Because privacy of our users is necessary for us, we pseudonymize user-related data. User-related data is saved up to a duration of 12 months.

Your basically due is the right on information, adjustment, deletion, limitation, data transmission, cancellation and protest. If you think that the processing of your data is inconsistent with data privacy laws or your rights of data privacy law requirements have been transgressed, you can do a complain at the supervisory body. In Austria this is data protection authority.
